VectorOPS is a predictive operational intelligence app for pilots. It centralizes your schedule, logbook, weather and disruptions into one seamless experience — giving you professional situational awareness before your company ever calls.
iOS · Android · Opening soon — join the waitlist for one of 200 Founding Partner spots at $99.99/yr for life

Every screen in VectorOPS is built around a single question: what do I need to know, right now, to fly this trip well?
We handle codeshare DH's, turnbacks, diversions and all the edge cases that break other parsers. Calendar sync catches changes after uploading. Even works on reserve.
A dedicated live surface designed for the person waiting at home, keeping families more connected. Invite as many family members as you wish, always included as part of your subscription - no additional cost.
Track your inbound aircraft, revised gate assignments and estimated arrival — so you can plan the day, not react to it. Gate conflict intelligence, Flow, EDCT detection and predictive taxi times keeps you ahead of delays.
Every leg automatically posted with block, night, IFR, approach and landing counts. Export anywhere your certificate requires. Simply snap a photo of the OOOI times in the FMC/FMS and you're done.
End-to-end encrypted sync. Your roster, logbook and personal notes stay under your control — never sold, never shared. Your historical data is always yours, even if you cancel - you keep acces to your past data.
Designed by line pilots. Glanceable in bright light, thumb-friendly so you can see changes without having to pull out your EFB while walking through the airport.
Our first 200 pilots get VectorOPS at $99.99/year — forever, no matter how pricing changes later. We're not open commercially yet, so join the waitlist to reserve your place in line.
Limited to the first 200 pilots. Under $8.34/mo.
If you have your work calendar synced to your iOS or Google calendar, VectorOPS will detect it and no PDF upload is required. We can even help walk you through how to sync your calendar. This offers a completely hands-free experience.
No. Download from the App Store, sign in, upload your pairing PDF. You’re operational in under two minutes.
Every parse is reviewable before it commits. If a leg is missing or duty times are off, you edit inline before saying yes. Uploaded the wrong PDF entirely? One tap to undo the whole session.
Once per bid. Calendar sync catches trip drops, adds, and reroutes automatically after that. If your airline republishes your line mid-month, drop the new PDF and we reconcile against what you already have.
The dashboard, calendar, logbook, and any leg data you’ve already loaded work offline. Live tracking and weather need service — but everything you actually captured is on the device and available when you’re on a redeye descending into JFK with no signal.
Alaska Airlines. Parser, calendar sync, hotel logic, and codeshare handling (SkyWest OO / Horizon QX) are all tuned to the AS operation.
Airlines are added based on pilot demand plus union / airline partnerships. Fill out the “request my airline” form on the pricing page. When there are enough pilots from an airline on the waitlist, we build the parser for that one next.
If you’re an Alaska pilot flying an SkyWest OO or Horizon QX codeshare, that’s supported today — the tracker resolves the operating carrier’s ident so you see the actual aircraft, not the marketing flight number. If you’re a full-time SkyWest / Horizon pilot flying your own line, that’s on the waitlist.
Yes. Live tail lookup on every leg via the FAA SWIM network and ADSB tracking: registration, aircraft type (in the FAA-recognized form, not the roster code), gate, taxi phase, altitude, heading, and ETA. Same source your dispatcher watches.
Yes. Columns match what an FSDO reviewer expects: date, flight number, departure/arrival, aircraft type, tail, position, block, air time, ME land, turbine time, gate times, wheels-off/on, and origin (auto vs manual). Export to CSV whenever you want.
Yes. Everything you capture is yours. Export it anytime as CSV or JSON. If you cancel your subscription, your export doesn’t cancel with it — you have permanent access to whatever you’ve already recorded.
Edit any entry inline. Deleted entries live in a 30-day recovery folder before purge. Historical trip snapshots are immutable once written — the record you hand to a check airman is the record you took at the time, not something a re-upload silently rewrote.
Never. Your flight data is used to power your dashboard and your logbook. That’s it. It’s not sold to third parties, it’s not fed to advertising networks, and it’s not shared with your airline unless you explicitly opt into a union / airline reporting workflow (currently opt-in, will always be opt-in).
Encrypted at rest on US-based Supabase (Postgres) infrastructure. Session tokens live in your device’s secure storage (iOS Keychain via @capacitor/preferences), not localStorage.
You invite a family member via email from Settings. They sign in on their own device with their own credentials, see a curated view of your operation: where your aircraft is, when you’re wheels-up, when you’ve landed. They can’t see your logbook, your fatigue analysis, or the pilot-workflow surfaces. Their notifications are tuned to landing / delay / diversion — the operational noise stays with you.
No, the family features are included in your subscription for no additional cost.
Yes. Add as many as you want. Each has their own login. Each can be revoked from Settings at any time — revoke is instant.
Nothing. The revoke is enforced by database policy, not just the UI. The moment you flip the switch, their next data refresh returns empty.
We're not open commercially yet — join the waitlist to reserve your place in line. When we open, our first 200 Founding Partners get VectorOPS at $99.99 per year, locked in for life and unaffected by any future price increase. All features included, with a two-trip free trial before you pay a cent. Once the 200 spots are filled, new pilots join the waitlist for the next opening.
You get full access until you’ve completed two trips (a “trip” is a completed pairing snapshot, not a single leg). A one-legger commute pairing counts. A 5-leg 4-day counts as one. When you cross two, you’ll see a subscribe prompt.
We would be happy to offer bulk pricing for unions resulting in an overall discount for individual users. Let's talk and set it up.
Your access continues until the end of your paid period. After that, entitlement flips off but your data remains in your account, so if you resubscribe within a year everything is where you left it. Your export access never expires — cancelled or not, you can always download your logbook.
Through our marketing site, via Stripe. No in-app purchase (which lets us charge $99.99 instead of $99.99 + Apple’s 30% take.
Two paths. If it’s an in-app bug, email support@vectorops.app (we monitor during operational hours). If it’s your flight (missed OOOI, wrong trip snapshot), the app is designed so you can fix any of it yourself: manual entries, undo, recovery folder, per-leg edits. Nothing is one-way.
Yes. If the app doesn’t work for your operation within your first 30 days of a paid subscription, email us and we’ll refund. If you lose your medical at any point we are happy to offer a refund.
Your account moves with you. If your new airline is supported, upload your new PDF and go. If it isn’t yet, hold your subscription in “airline changing” mode — we’ll pause billing until we ship parser support for your new operation. Email us and we’ll set it up.
Not yet. VectorOps is built around the Part 121 rhythm — line uploads, roster PDFs, pairings. GA, corporate, and freight rhythms are different enough that they’d need their own feature set. On the roadmap, not on the near horizon.
Email support@vectorops.app. We read every email. If you’re reporting a bug, a screenshot + your tail number for context helps us reproduce faster.
